The service
Awaysemble helps travelers organize and share travel information, collaborate on plans, and discover third-party places and experiences. Features may change as we improve the service.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not interfere with the service, access another person’s information without permission, upload unlawful or harmful material, probe security controls, automate abusive traffic, or use Awaysemble to violate another party’s rights.
Travel planning—not travel supply
Awaysemble is an organizational tool and is not an airline, hotel, travel agency, insurer, payment processor, or emergency service. Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchases, changes, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled directly with the applicable provider.
Travel information—including schedules, gates, weather, prices, availability, visa requirements, opening hours, and safety conditions—can change or be inaccurate. Confirm important details with authoritative providers before booking or traveling. Do not rely on Awaysemble for emergency or safety-critical decisions.
Your content and shared trips
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Awaysemble permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service and provide features you request. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
People invited to a shared trip may view, copy, discuss, or modify information according to their role. Invite only people you trust, and avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for trip coordination.
Third-party services
Awaysemble may display data or links from third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, availability, transactions, or content.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every result will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular trip.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Awaysemble and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Awaysemble evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
